We can help with

  • Choosing birth control: the pill, patch, ring, injection and long-acting options, with prescriptions when appropriate
  • Referral for IUD or implant insertion when that is your choice
  • STI testing after a new partner, a possible exposure or symptoms
  • Treatment for common infections when tests or symptoms show it is needed
  • Pain with sex, discharge, irregular bleeding or other sexual health concerns
  • Erectile and other sexual health concerns for men (see men’s health)

How it works

  1. Book in clinic or by secure video and complete the short form you are sent.
  2. A nurse goes through your history; the Nurse Practitioner assesses you and explains the options.
  3. Tests are ordered when needed; samples are collected here or at a community lab.
  4. We follow up with results and next steps through your secure Jane account.

I need emergency contraception. Should I book?
