The comprehensive health assessment
A 60-minute visit: 30 minutes with a nurse for your history, medications, blood pressure, weight and waist, then 30 minutes with the Nurse Practitioner to examine you, review your risks and agree a plan. We order the blood work and screening that fit your age and risk, and follow up on the results.
Screening we review
- Blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol
- Ontario cancer screening: breast, cervical and colorectal, based on your age and history
- Bone health, vaccines and other age-based checks
- Smoking, alcohol, sleep and activity
