Assessment, management and follow-up
Choose a focused consultation for one concern or a comprehensive assessment with an individualized management plan. Follow-up supports treatment review and appropriate changes. Optional care packages combine an initial assessment with two follow-ups.

Paying for care. Nurse Practitioner services at our clinic are not covered by OHIP. Lab tests we order are usually OHIP-covered for insured patients. Many extended health plans and Health Spending Accounts reimburse some services; we give you an itemized receipt.
